Whether you are involved in sports at recreational or competitive level, my tailored programmes will help you enhance your abilities and get you to perform at your very best. There will be provision for specialised sport-specific coaching and drills that apply specifically to your sport so that you develop the specific strength and abilities to peak in your sporting discipline.
The main specialisations are sprints or distance running coaching (including marathons and trail running), triathlon and swimming. I can also apply techniques to any section of sport coaching relating to speed and power, reactive and explosive stimulus exercises, plyometrics, proprioceptive exercises, resistance training and flexibility exercises that are applicable in all forms of martial arts, tennis and other racket sports, volleyball, football, other ball sports and a wide range of other sporting disciplines.
