I feel it is time for me to help people explore their potential and make a difference.

 

My personal and professional experience provide me with the ability to do that. I have been a self-starter taking myself to the highest possible level that I could in my endeavours. I have been an international athlete, I have coached at one of the highest performing athletics clubs in the UK, I had a successful corporate career, then decided to follow my heart to become a clinician and worked at the UK’s leading private multi-disciplinary clinic. My daily interaction with patients, triggered me to explore the influence of the mind on performance and I pursued sport psychology. So, here I am a Bachelor and three Masters later, plus a string of coaching and fitness qualifications…and enjoying my third career.
